Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Orders
You may cancel your registration/membership seven days before the event or the billing cycle, subject to the terms and conditions.
Deduction
A 20% amount is deducted at the time of refund if the cancellation or modification deadline is available; otherwise, 100% is deducted after the cancellation is closed.
Refund Process
Please get in touch with our support team at +918956186929/care@shikshasangam.org to cancel a registration. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and process the cancellation accordingly. If your registration has not been fulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a refund according to our refund policy.
Some items or services may be non-cancellable or have specific cancellation conditions. This will be indicated on the product or service page.

Refund Request

Refund Processing: Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will initiate the refund within 15 working days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
